West Chester University has partnered with peerTransfer to streamline the tuition payment process for our international students.
With peerTransfer, you are offered excellent foreign exchange rates, allowing you to pay in your home currency (in most cases) saving a significant amount of money, as compared to traditional banks. You will be able to login to your peerTransfer account, at any time, to track the progress of your payment and you will be notified via e-mail when your payment is received.

You will need to use your 7 digit WCU ID student number starting with a 0, to ensure the payment is properly posted to your student account.

Please allow enough time prior to your bill due date, to avoid any unnecessary late fees. The funds transfer can take 2 to 5 business days to complete.
You will need a peerTransfer account if you are making a payment from a country other than the United States. We will no longer accept wire transfer payments directly to our bank.
