RAM Small Group Training Boot Camp Series

FREE Tank Top when you complete both sessions!

 

Registration for both Session #1 and #2 begins Monday, April 4th 2016

All sessions will be held outside unless otherwise directed by the Coach, Brynn Crognale. During inclement weather programming will be held indoors of the SRC.

 

 

Summer Boot Camp Series

RAM Small Group Training Descriptions:

Boot Camp Series (summer only)- If you’re looking for a fun way to get or stay in shape over the summer, this program is for you. Enjoy the outdoors, good company, and scientifically proven designed program to put the fun back into fitness with the combination of endurance, strength, and flexibility. We will use the WCU campus as our playground to incorporate the elements into our program design. All levels of fitness are welcomed and encouraged!

RAM Fit- This high-energy interval class is designed to increase your muscular strength and endurance using a combination of body weight exercises, TRX, weights, and functional movements with varied repetitions and circuits. It is a fast paced class geared towards those who want to sweat, get a total body challenge and have fun!

GRIT- Les Mills GRIT 30-minute classes rotate through a schedule of Cardio-designed to burn fat and rapidly improve athletic capability by the use of high impact body weight exercises, Plyo-power agility training on a bench that will build a powerful, agile, athletic body and increase speed, and Strength-build strength and tone lean muscle plus boost your metabolism with the use of plates and barbells.
