Stand Up Paddleboard at the Brandywine

Stand Up Paddleboard at the Brandywine

  • When: 3-4pm or 4:30-5:30pm | Tuesday, July 17th and Tuesday August 14th
  • Where: Shaw's Bridge Park | 274 S Creek Rd, West Chester, PA 19382
  • Cost: $25/person
  • 8 participants for each 1 hour session - open to fac/staff/students/community

Summer Sweat Crawl Series

Summer Sweat Crawl Series

  • When: Held on Wednesday's | June 20th, July 11th, July 25th, August 15th
  • Where: 4-6pm | Student Recreation Center to Local Yoga Café
  • Cost: $50/person
  • Free Yoga shirt if you attend all 4 classes
  • Free café drink following yoga
  • Open to 15 participants - fac/staff/students/community

Mission Statement

The purpose of the West Chester University RAM Fitness Program is to serve the fitness needs of the entire West Chester campus community by offering safe, effective, and motivational fitness programs. We strive to develop the expertise and professionalism of our fitness instructors, coaches, and personal trainers who will take away practical skills and experiences as a result of being a leader in our program. Our goal is to provide students/faculty/staff with a knowledgeable fitness staff who obtain recognized national certifications. We strive to provide participants with a positive fitness experience that will become part of a life changing habit of health.
