Registration for Small Group Training

RAM Small Group Training Series Description

GRIT- Les Mills GRIT 30-minute classes rotate through a schedule of Cardio-designed to burn fat and rapidly improve athletic capability by the use of high impact body weight exercises, Plyo-power agility training on a bench that will build a powerful, agile, athletic body and increase speed, and Strength-build strength and tone lean muscle plus boost your metabolism with the use of plates and barbells.

What We Will Need To Know When Registering

    • Cost is $30.00

Lifestyle Nutrition Counseling & GRIT Enhance Your Results!

When registering for GRIT you are able to receive FREE nutrition counseling. You will meet with student nutrition counselor 3 times over the course of 6 weeks. By participating in counseling you have a chance to WIN FREE GRIT next session. Register for counseling.

  • This program is designed to help anyone overcome any unhealthy eating habits and learn more about healthy nutrition in general. Your counselors will help you set goals for yourself, develop healthy recipe alternatives, provide tips/tricks for staying for getting back on track post-holiday season. You will meet three times over the course of 6 weeks with a Student Nutrition Counselor. By signing up for nutrition counseling you have a chance to win FREE Small Group Training for Next Semester!
