The Office of Residence Life and Housing, located in room 202 Lawrence Center, assists on campus residential students in all aspects of their on-campus living experience. This includes supervision of all residence hall staff, oversight of university policies and procedures related to campus housing. Additionally, we have operational oversight of the Goshen, Killinger, Schmidt and Tyson Halls plus College Arms Apartments and the South Campus Apartment Complex. 2026-2027 Returning Student Housing Application
The 2026-2027 Returning Student Request to House Application opens on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 12:00pm (EST) for current students interested in living in WCU Managed Housing or USH Affiliated Housing during the 2026-2027 academic year.
WCU Managed and USH Affiliated have two separate applications, processes, and fees. Both providers charge a separate $200, non-refundable fee to secure housing. WCU Managed Housing will ask students to pay the $200 fee upon securing housing during the 2026-2027 Returning Student Housing Selection Process. USH Affiliated Housing will ask students to pay the $200 fee upon completion of an application.
