Vector Training Modules – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
For all West Chester University students
Where do I find my module?
By this time, you may have already received an email from our training partner, Vector Solutions. Please follow the link provided in that email to begin your two training modules. These modules are self-paced and will take approximately two hours to complete.
If you haven't received the email or cannot find it in your inbox or spam folder, you can access the training directly by visiting the following link: http://wcupastudents.pa.vectorlmsedu.com
Do I need to complete these modules?
While these modules are highly encouraged, they are not required for graduation and do not impact degree completion. However, the content is designed to help create a safer, more informed campus community. The training provides important information around responsible alcohol consumption and sexual misconduct prevention—critical topics that support student well-being and a respectful university environment.
I'm a staff member
If you are a staff member, please do not complete the student modules. You should follow the instructions in the email sent by Human Resources to complete your compliance modules. These are separate from the student training.
I'm a graduate student
Even though the modules may be labeled for “undergraduate” students, graduate students are included and should complete the training. If you're a working professional and are completing similar training at your job, you may send a confirmation of completion to Porsche Murray for review.
If you believe you may qualify for an exemption or want to discuss further, please reach out to Porsche Murray.
