The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is excited to welcome groups to campus to tour and learn more about West Chester University!
Group visits will consist of a brief admissions presentation and a guided tour of campus, led by our university student ambassadors. Visits typically require about 1.5-2 hours to complete. Please note that tardiness may impact the content of your visit.
To request a group visit, please complete the form below with your group information and availability. A member of our admissions staff will reach out to discuss scheduling. Visits are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis, so they are not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate as many groups as we can throughout the semester.
Groups have the option to eat in the dining hall after their tour, however the cost cannot be covered by the university. If you are interested in having lunch on campus, please indicate on the form and contact information will be provided for meal ticket purchase.
