The Office of Student Connection and Belonging fosters an engaged, inclusive, and connected campus community at West Chester University. Through programs and initiatives that promote meaningful involvement, personal development, and shared Ram traditions, the office supports students in building strong relationships and a lasting sense of belonging.
The office provides oversight for key campus engagement areas, including:
Alternative Spring Break
Coordinating immersive service-learning experiences that empower students to engage with communities, explore social issues, and develop leadership and civic responsibility.
Fraternity and Sorority Life
Advising and supporting the fraternity and sorority community through leadership development, community-building initiatives, risk management education, and values-based programming that advances student success and organizational excellence.
Campus Life & Traditions
Strengthening WCU pride by leading and supporting major campus traditions, including Homecoming and other spirit-based initiatives that celebrate Ram identity and unify the campus community.
Through these efforts, the Office of Student Connection and Belonging advances WCU’s commitment to student engagement, well-being, and institutional pride by creating opportunities for students to find community and thrive.
