Housing for 2020-2021

·    Please see this link for information about the housing waitlist:  http://www.wcupa.edu/_services/stu.lif/housing.aspx. Our waitlist application process does not guarantee a student a space for 2020-2021. We encourage students who wish to complete a waitlist application to also consider housing options off-campus. Waitlist applications are available in MyHousing, and are not processed until the summer months, and only on a space-available basis. 

·    Any questions regarding this information should be directed to the Office of Residence Life and Housing Services at housing@wcupa.edu or 610-436-3306. Questions regarding Allegheny Hall, Brandywine Hall, Commonwealth Hall, University Hall, East Village Apartments or Village Apartments can be directed to the University Student Housing staff at leasing@ushcommunities.org.    

Parents Information

For Parents of Incoming Resident Students for Fall 2020

All incoming freshmen who were admitted as on-campus residents and who have paid their $200 Admission deposit will be sent housing application instructions via their WCU e-mail usually one week after the Admission deposit has been paid. Please ask your student to share the information in their “Housing Application Instructions” e-mail with you for more information.  

Students may request another resident student as a roommate. Please refer to the student’s application materials for more information. Instructions will be sent to residents of traditional halls in May. 

Transfer students who were admitted as on-campus residents will be contacted by University Student Housing, as all transfer student spaces are in our Affiliated communities. Questions regarding transfer student housing can be directed to the University Student Housing staff at leasing@ushcommunities.org or 610-430-4988.

Just a Reminder…

Encourage your student to register for the Campus E2 Emergency Alert system. Once they have created their E2 account, they can add a second phone number, such as a parent’s mobile phone.
