Why work for Campus Recreation

Benedict Flinchbaugh

"Intramurals and the Student Rec Center have been an integral part of my experience at West Chester. I started as an intramural referee in the Fall 2023 semester and then became an intramural supervisor in the Fall 2024 semester. I have gained multiple invaluable connections and friendships from the wonderful team I get to work with every semester. Every night I come to work at the Rec, I know that I am going to have an exciting night surrounded by a great group of people!"

Meredith Hoppenstein

"My time at college has been greatly enhanced by my involvement with the Campus Rec Center. I began working here as a Recreation Attendant in my freshman year, and in my sophomore year, I started instructing cycle classes. I've met so many incredible people since taking on these positions, whether they are fellow students or faculty. I'm really appreciative of the experiences I've had working here!"
