On every path, the capstone comes last and your advisor helps you build the plan. Degrees are awarded in May, August, and December.

In their words

Can you really build a network in an online MBA?

West Chester University's MBA connects me with peers on similar and very different career paths, even though it's fully online. Everyone brings a different industry, background, and location, so networking with them has opened my eyes to new career options and been invaluable for building my career.

Rachel Heist, Networking

Can the MBA fit around a full-time job and a full life?

I earned my MBA from West Chester University while working full time and raising three kids, including having a baby mid-program. A graduate assistantship every semester made it financially possible. It was a lot at times, but completely worth it.

Kara Robbins, Work and life

Does the coursework apply in real life?

The coursework in West Chester University's MBA is built on real business scenarios ... and lets us tailor projects to problems our own industries face. No bland weekly exercises, just real situations to learn from.
