Bio

Jeanie Subach joined the Department of Nutrition as an adjunct faculty in 2005 and transitioned to a full-time position in 2011. She is a Registered Dietitian and Board-Certified Sports Specialist in Dietetics and holds a Plant-based Culinary Instructor certification. Dr. Subach earned her EdD in Educational Leadership from Capella University. She has a BS in Dietetics and MA in Nutrition Education, both from Immaculata University. She teaches various culinary nutrition courses, and is the founder of The Ram Chefs, a culinary education program for adults with disabilities.
