Curriculum Vitae

Dr. Miguel Ceballos is associate professor of sociology, Director of the Ethnic Studies Institute at West Chester University. Dr. Ceballos has a Ph.D. in sociology and M.S. in economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and an M.A. in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. He was a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Michigan and taught at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln before coming to West Chester University. Dr. Ceballos’ research interests include minority and immigrant health disparities, attitudes towards immigrants and immigration, US-Mexico migration, and race and ethnicity in the U.S.
