Clubs & Organizations
WCU students have over 300 ways to get involved on campus. From Bollywood Dance Club to the Chess Club and from a cappella to ultimate Frisbee, we have a club for almost every interest. Want to bring a new organization to campus? All you need to do is find a few friends to start a new club!
Athletics
Goooooo Rams! West Chester University has one of the largest Division II athletics programs in the country. With 24 varsity teams, 12 intramurals, and 27 club sports, our Golden Rams have a variety of ways to be involved with athletics.
Events
From big (Homecoming and Banana Day) to small (concerts and art exhibits), WCU students can attend over 100 on-campus events each semester! Sykes Student Union hosts Rams After Hours every Friday. These free interactive events include carnivals, comedians, live music, dances, and more!




Campus Rec/Gym
How do you like to stay active? Chances are WCU offers your preferred type of workout. We have a 69,000 square foot Student Recreation Center, which features cardio and strength equipment, a 34 foot bouldering and climbing wall, three fitness studios, basketball courts, and more! WCU students teach group fitness classes like Zumba, Les Mills, yoga, spin, and bootcamp. Want to get out and enjoy the great outdoors? Join other students on an outdoor adventure pursuit!
Greek Life
Thinking about going Greek? WCU has 34 fraternities and sororities across four councils on campus. These values-based organizations promote friendship, leadership, scholarship, and service.
