The Office of the Bursar will be closed for in-person services on Fridays beginning May 23rd. We will be available remotely via phone (610) 436-2552 and email bursar@wcupa.edu. The office will be open on Friday June 27th, Friday July 11th , and Friday July 18th.
The mission of the Bursar’s Office is to assist students and families in meeting their financial obligations to the University by providing accurate and timely billing, a variety of payment options, and superior customer service.

Billing for Summer Session(s) 2025
- Bills for Summer Session(s) Tuition are available in RamPortal
- Summer 2025 due date: May 12, 2025 for all sessions
Billing for the 2025 – 2026 Academic Year
- Tuition rates for 2025-26 will be determined by Board of Governors in mid to late July 2025
- Bills will be generated upon approval of tuition rates
- Fall Due Date is August 11, 2025
