Online Payments

TouchNet is WCU’s online system for managing and paying tuition payments. Learn more about TouchNet and how to gain access.

  1. E-checks
    • No service fee is applied for e-check payments.
  2. Credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
    • A non-refundable convenience fee of 3.00% will be assessed by the vendor for all credit card payments.

In Person

  1. Cashiers are open Monday-Friday 8:00am -3:30pm (Wednesday 9:00am-3:30pm)
  2.  Cash
    • If paying more than $3,000, an IRS form will be provided and must be completed with payment.
  3. Check or Money Order payable to: WCU

By Mail

  1. Do NOT mail cash payments
