Purpose: The Important Dates and Deadlines page will allow students to easily see the various registration deadlines and tuition and fee adjustment dates for each registered course, for current and future terms.

  • Log into RamPortal – ramportal.wcupa.edu
  • Locate the Register for Classes card on your RamPortal homepage or within the Schedule & Registration section.
  • Click the Important Dates and Deadline button.

    • Please note: The important Dates and Deadlines button will only appear for students with registration in the current term or future eligible terms.

COURSE DATES & DEADLINES

  • This page will display your scheduled and waitlisted courses for the current or selected term.
  • For each scheduled course, you will be able to see important course dates and drop/withdrawal deadlines.

  • For each waitlisted course, you will be able to see important course dates and the last day to enroll.

REPEAT WARNING

  • On the Course Dates & Deadlines page, you will also see a warning message under the course title for any enrolled courses that may be subject to the University’s repeat policy.

PART OF TERM TUITION & FEE ADJUSTMENT DATES

  • This page will display the part of term tuition and fee adjustment periods for each Part of Term you are enrolled in for the current or selected term.
