All prospective art majors must first apply for admission to WCU and be academically accepted by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions prior to submitting a portfolio. The Department of Art + Design cannot review any student portfolios from students that have not been academically accepted to West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Once you have been academically accepted by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and the Department of Art + Design have been given clearance, we will send an invitation to submit a portfolio to Slideroom, an online portfolio review site. Students will have three weeks from the date of acceptance to upload the required material. On Slideroom, you will need to register and pay a nominal fee.
Students will be reviewed every two weeks, on the 1st and 15th of the month. The department will send out responses to students as soon as they are available.
If you have questions about the Portfolio Review process, please email WCUPA Art Info.
