Visual Arts Camp
Visual Arts Camp 2024 Enrollment Now Open!
This exciting 2-week-long camp will run on weekdays from July 8th through July 19th, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. It’s an incredible opportunity for young artists aged 7 to 15 to explore their creativity and hone their artistic skills.
Here’s what’s new this year:
- Workshops with Professors: Campers can look forward to 1-2 day workshops led by West Chester University Art + Design faculty. Explore a variety of mediums via instruction from faculty and upperclassmen in our Bachelor of Fine Arts.
- Collaboration and Learning: Campers will have the opportunity to work with peers in their age range (7-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15). We will of course be flexible scheduling families and friends of different age groups who wish to participate together.
- Gallery Showcase: Select artwork created by campers will be curated into a gallery show at the Baker Gallery on Friday, July 19. Parents are invited to attend the reception from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. and celebrate their young artists’ achievements.
