N.I.C.E. (Neuro-Inclusive Campus Environments)
N.I.C.E. (Neuro-Inclusive Campus Environments) is dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive campus for our growing community of neurodivergent students, faculty, and staff. Our mission is to foster a sense of belonging while offering thoughtful accommodations that support both sensory avoidance and sensory seeking needs.
By designing spaces and events with sensory considerations in mind such as lighting, noise, colors, sounds, and scents, N.I.C.E. helps create environments that are less overwhelming and more comfortable for all. We encourage everyone to feel safe, supported, and empowered to “unmask” and authentically participate in campus life.
