Employees who have not been vaccinated are encouraged to consider acquiring the vaccine and booster. As matter of health law, faculty and staff outside of Student Health Services are not able to ask students about their vaccine status or whether they have COVID-19. However, there may be times where a student voluntarily discloses their COVID-19 status to a member of the University community. In these cases, those individuals have only one obligation, which is to use the following reporting form:
