New Ram
Online Orientation
OVERVIEW
To get started, review the orientation timeline graphic below, which outlines the modules and a suggested schedule. You may find it helpful to discuss this timeline with your supervisor to plan how to incorporate learning into your first few weeks. Our goal is to provide a flexible, self-directed experience that supports a smooth transition into your role.
While the modules are not required to be completed in a specific order, they are thoughtfully organized to build on one another. Each module includes a mix of content, videos, and optional engagement activities. We recommend completing all modules within your first 90 days of employment.
