Adobe Firefly is a tool within the Adobe Creative Cloud that allows users to generate content using AI. Adobe Firefly allows users to generate videos, edit images, generate images, generate soundtracks, generate speech, and create Firefly Boards. Camtasia is  screen recording and video editing software that allows users to create and edit professional-quality videos. 

GOOGLE GEMINI

Google Gemini is Google's AI assistant integrated right into Google Workspace apps - including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and others. The tool allows users to summarize text, brainstorm ideas, obtain feedback on already-written content, generate images and videos, and more. Gemini does not use your WCU data to train or improve Gemini or other generative AI models. It's only used for responses to your prompts.

SAP BI Reporting provides a suite of reports for monitoring budgets and expenses. BI Reports are updated nightly and reflect previous day business activity.

SourcePoint (also known as SAP Ariba) is the online tool that employees can use for purchasing. SourcePoint access is required to use the SourcePoint functionality via the 'SourcePoint' tab in the Employee Self Service Portal.
