Upcoming Changes to WCU Device Management
IS&T is updating how university-owned computers are managed to improve security, streamline support, and align with modern best practices. Here’s what you need to know:
What’s Changing
Windows Devices:
We are transitioning from Workspace ONE to Microsoft Intune and Entra ID for managing university-owned Windows computers.
Apple Devices:
Apple devices will move from Workspace ONE to Mosyle, a platform designed specifically for managing macOS and iOS devices.
How This Impacts You
Students
- Beginning Fall 2025, all Apple computer labs and laptop carts will require you to login with your WCU RamNetID and password.
- For additional information and step-by-step instructions on logging into Apple computer labs and laptop carts, please click HERE.
- You will continue to need your WCU RamNetID and password to log into Windows computer labs and laptop carts. There is no change to this process.
