Ram Print

Using a "Find-Me-Print" queue, faculty, staff, and students will be able to print, copy, and/or scan to various MFP's (Multi-Function Printers) located on campus directly using 'swipe-to-print' technologies. This print solution will help to streamline printing on campus by reducing the delay and frustration in the open lab areas such as Anderson Hall.

Users can print from a university owned device or personal device (including Mac OS, iOS, and Android devices), swipe their RamCloud ID card at the MFP to release the print jobs or cancel a print job. This allows for secure printing of confidential documents as well as better control to reduce paper waste.

Duplex printing is also an option and students are limited to 125 pages per week. Printing to the new system involves a one-time setup for each device users want to print from as well as a one-time authentication at a MFP.

Ram Print is currently available in the Anderson Hall hallway and computer lab room 007, Sturzebecker 126, and FHG Library. More locations will be posted once the information becomes available.
