Tickets
Commencement Ceremony Ticket Information
General admission tickets are required for all guests attending WCU’s May Commencement Ceremonies. Infants and small toddlers, three years old and younger, who will sit on a parent/guardian's lap do not need a ticket.
After the Ticket Request Form is completed (below), tickets are emailed to the graduate's @wcupa.edu email address.
Tickets will be scanned upon entrance. Tickets may be printed in advance or displayed on a mobile device.
Commencement Ticket Policy
Commencement Tickets are free and are not permitted to be sold or exchanged for goods and services.
Ticket Request
Each graduate may request up to six (6) guest tickets. Graduates do not require a ticket.
Guest tickets may be requested Thursday, March 21 through Friday, April 19 using the Ticket Request links (below).
After April 19, graduates who have NOT requested tickets will receive two (2) guest tickets.

Additional Guest Tickets
On the Ticket Request Form, graduates will have the option to be placed on a waitlist
for additional guest tickets. If additional guest tickets become available, graduates
on the ticket wait list will be notified via email on Tuesday, April 23. Additional
tickets are not guaranteed and are subject to seating availability.
