SharePoint User Guide

SharePoint Online is a cloud-based service that helps organizations share and collaborate with colleagues and partners. At WCU, SharePoint is used as an intranet. Departments utilize SharePoint as a place to store, organize, share, and access information. With SharePoint, you can access internal sites, documents, and other information from anywhere—at the office, at home, or from a mobile device.

SharePoint is accessible only to WCU employees. Students are generally prohibited from accessing SharePoint, except in cases where the student is a Graduate Assistant or Student Worker. In such cases, the student's supervisor must request access on their behalf, and access will be granted only for the department in which the student works.
