See, learn, meet, and explore at Experience WCU! This week of events, geared toward seniors in high school and transfer students, will allow you to learn about academics, admissions, and the financial aid process; as well as meet faculty, staff, and current students.

Parking, Directions, and Accommodations


Parking will be available in Lot K, which is located directly behind the Sykes Student Union; directional signs will be posted to assist you. Please view our Campus Map.

Please note, due to road construction on the area roads surrounding West Chester, traffic may be heavy at peak travel hours. Please allow extra time in traveling to WCU for your visit.

Experience WCU FAQs

What time does Experience WCU begin? 

The program will take place over the course of the week, with events occurring both during the day and evening. More details regarding specific session times will be sent to registrants ahead of the event week. 

What time does the Experience WCU end? 

As events are ongoing throughout the week, you may participate in as many or as few as you would like. 

Can I talk to ________ academic department that day?

Faculty members from all academic departments will be represented at Experience WCU.

What other departments will be available to speak with?

Financial Aid, Student Life, Residence Life, and Athletics will be just some of the departments that will be available to speak with during Experience WCU.

If the events are occurring virtually throughout the week, will I still be able to take a campus tour? 

Yes, campus tours will be provided Monday through Saturday of each event week, and more details about registering for a tour will be sent ahead of the event week. 

Will I receive a letter confirming my registration in the mail?

No, you will receive a confirmation email that is sent directly to you after registering online. A reminder email will also be sent the week prior to the event. If you have additional questions, or need to update or cancel your reservation, please email
