Register
Registration is now open! Students must complete our Visiting Student Permission Form and have it signed by a parent or guardian. Please note that if this form is not returned prior to or on the day of the program, you will not be able to participate.
All visiting students are held to the standards outlined in the West Chester University Student Code of Conduct.

Check-In
Check-in will begin at 9:30 a.m. on the lower level of Sykes Student Union located on Rosedale Avenue (GPS address is: 110 West Rosedale Avenue, West Chester PA). Light refreshments will be provided upon check - in
Transportation & Parking
Parking
Print a parking pass and bring with you on the day of the event.
If you indicated that you live in Philadelphia County and would like to take advantage of the transportation provided, please note that the shuttle bus will arrive at 69th Street Station promptly at 7:15 AM and will exit the terminal at 8:15AM. The school bus will be located in the back of 69th Street Terminal by the stairs. If you use the shuttle bus to come to the university, we do expect you to use the shuttle bus to return to the original destination. View a map of the 69th Street Transportation Center.
In order to accommodate all of the visitors, parking for WCU Bound is available in Lot M and at the upper level of the Matlack Parking Garage located behind the E.O. Bull Center next to Swope School of Music building. Please view our Campus Map.
Lot M and the Matlack Parking Garage can be accessed from High Street by turning into East Campus Drive or from Matlack Street. Sykes Student Union is a few blocks from the parking lot. Please allow extra time to walk from your car to the site of registration.
