Digital Signage Advertising

Flat panel displays are mounted in campus buildings to promote various student-related events, activities and news to the campus community.

Any submissions to Digital Signage that violate the below rules will be rejected.

Please review the policy below to access the Digital Signage Request form.

  • No more than three slides will be scheduled for an agency in the same time period. Special cases are subject to review by the Content Administrator.
  • Course advertisements will not be scheduled on the University playlist.

PLEASE NOTE: Files must be titled with the slide's expiration date as the first six characters of the file name, ex "MMDDYYSlideTitle"

I have read & understood the above rules, and would like to submit a slide

Please note: Students do not have access to the Digital Signage ServiceNow form. If a student organization wishes to submit digital signage requests, their Faculty or Staff advisor must do so on their behalf.
