Music and Wellness in the classroom

Course participants will engage with and apply therapeutic music techniques that promote health and wellness for both educators and students in classroom settings. Emphasis will be placed on evidence-informed approaches such as mindfulness, breathwork, vocal health and sustainability, therapeutic group instrumental playing, social-emotional learning strategies, and fostering community through music.
