About Brooke

• Served with the Girls on the Run of Chester County
• Coached the team at Schuylkill Elementary School in Phoenixville
• Program at Phoenixville was able to add another fifteen 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade girls with an additional volunteer coach
• Assisted the girls with a book drive for their school library for their own community service project
• Taught a lesson on body image when another coach was unavailable due to illness

Brooke explains, "My experience with Girls on the Run not only had its inspiring moments, it also gave me situations where I needed to use various behavior management techniques and had me planning lessons."
