New Employee Resources

STAFF PROGRAMS

New Ram Online Orientation provides insight into our mission, vision, values, and initiatives; information about key partnerships on campus, and provides information to help newly hired staff navigate campus and the surrounding community. This onboarding program provides the information and resources you need to feel valued, prepared, and ready to contribute to a community that champions diversity, equity, inclusion, respect, and learning. We recommend completing all modules within the first 3 months of your start date.

Benefits Orientation allows employees to understand benefits that ensure financial wellbeing and health. ·All benefits-eligible staff will meet with a member of HR for Benefits Orientation. Please refer to your offer letter for your scheduled date and time. If your start date changes, your session will be rescheduled.

Departmental Orientation helps employees understand the culture, expectations, operational procedures, and communication preferences within their department. Employees learn the performance expectations of their new role and how it contributes to departmental goals that support student success.
