Therapy
We provide individual, family, and child therapy for people ages 6 through older adulthood, addressing a wide range of concerns including:

Our student therapists are trained in a variety of treatment approaches to match your unique needs and goals. Both in person and telehealth available.
Psychological Assessment
We offer comprehensive evaluations for:
- ADHD
- Learning Disabilities
- Diagnostic Clarification (for complex or unclear mental health symptoms)
- These assessments are useful for school accommodations, work support, or simply gaining a deeper understanding of yourself or your child. This service is provided by our doctoral student therapists.
BRAVE-PS Program
Fear of Public Speaking, also known as glossophobia, can have negative consequences ranging from physical symptoms and emotional distress to hindering career advancement, impacting academic success and limiting social interactions. Many individuals avoid public speaking, leading to missed opportunities and increased anxiety. The fear can also increase symptoms of other emotional difficulties like social anxiety, depression and increase the risk of developing anxiety disorders.
