Why and How to Write a Business Plan is presented by Chester County SCORE, co-sponsored by the Henrietta Hankin Library and will be held on February 16 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the Hankin Library. The seminar will take the mystery out of why you should have a business plan and provide you with an outline of what a good business plan should include.
