Frequently Asked Questions

Does SEPTA or Chesco buses stop on campus?

Yes! Explore more about public transit including SEPTA, Amtrak and ChescoBus on the Transportation website:

Public Transit on WCU’s Campus

Can I get from North to South Campus between classes?

Students should plan class schedules carefully when traveling between North and South Campus. Due to traffic and shuttle demand, transportation between campuses cannot reliably be completed during the standard 10-minute class break. Whenever possible, students are encouraged to allow additional travel time between classes.

How do I request a shuttle at R-Lot?

The R-Lot is located on South Campus, adjacent to Q-Lot and Farrell Stadium.  While Q-Lot is a main South Campus shuttle stop (about .2 mile walk from R-Lot to the Q-Lot Shuttle stop), you may request a specific stop at R-Lot:

After parking in R-Lot, head to the bus shelter in the corner of the lot, by the Stadium, and push the designated R-Lot light button. This light signals that someone is waiting for the shuttle.
Please note the light will stop flashing after 5 minutes. If this happens and you are still waiting, push the button again to make sure a driver will see it.  Track the shuttle using the TransLoc App.
