The WCU Green Office Program
The WCU Green Office Program was developed by a small team of WCU staff members inspired by conversations during breakout sessions of the Brandywine Project Staff Sustainability Workshop. The program offers WCU employees helpful guides to aide their efforts in making their own office operations more "green." These guides are broken up into separate fact sheets to tackle issues involving transportation, energy use, dining and catering, waste and recycling, purchasing, and working digitally, and include helpful checklists to track your progress, as well as links, contact information, and lots of useful facts.
In addition to these checklists, the Green Office Team has created an online forum; a space where WCU staff members can connect and share ideas and resources (like surplus office supplies) so that the Green Office Program may be ever evolving and improving as we energetically, creatively, and with lots of grace, come together to find solutions to today's sustainability challenges in the work place.
