Application / Registration

Requirements

Applications for the MPH: Nutrition Track will be accepted for the fall, spring, and summer semesters. Completed applications are reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the semester. To be considered for the program, please submit the following items:

  • Completed West Chester University online application.
  • Official transcripts from all previously completed coursework.
  • Written statement of your professional goals. This statement should be a sample of your best professional writing and contain the following information: how your academic and/or professional background prepares you to study within the program; why you are interested in pursuing the program and how you hope it will help you reach your professional goals.
  • Two letters of recommendation from persons who know you in a professional capacity.
  • Resume

International applicants are required to submit the following:

  • Completed West Chester University online application.
  • Official course-by-course credential evaluation of all previous programs and degrees completed at institutions outside of the U.S. Please use a NACES accredited credentialing agency.  Physicians and allied health professionals involved in the Healthy Aging Consortium in Norway are asked to submit a document-by-document credential evaluation from WES.
  • Written statement of your professional goals. This statement should be a sample of your best professional writing and contain the following information: how your academic and/or professional background prepares you to study within the program; why you are interested in pursuing the program and how you hope it will help you reach your professional goals.
  • Two letters of recommendation from persons who know you in a professional capacity.
  • Resume
  • Official IELTS or TOEFL scores.  Physicians and allied health professionals involved in the Healthy Aging Consortium in Norway are able to schedule an interview with the Graduate Coordinator instead of submitting the IELTS or TOEFL as proof of language proficiency.  For additional information, please visit the International Application Instructions for Graduate Study.
